Rail Labourer / Concreter - Casual to Permanent

Our client is a national and reputable provider of rail construction and maintenance. Due to a influx of projects we are looking for a Skilled Rail Labourer / Concreter to provide to assist with multiple hands on duties across the East Coast of NSW. The successful candidate will ideally be transitioned to a full time permanent position with proven ability during a casual assignment.

What are we looking for?

• RIW Card
• Cert III Concreting or Concreting Licence
• Rail labouring experience
• Willing and able to work away from home on a 10 on 4 off Roster including shutdowns
• Rail labourers with concreting experience will also be considered
• Willing and able to work night shift
• Great work ethic and commitment to seeing a project through to the end
• Genuine commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Excellent work references that can support your application

What we can offer you:

• $49.40 / hour casual rate plus overtime and penalties
• $110 / night meal allowance plus accomodation
• Temp to perm position
• 10 - 12 hour shifts day and night shift
• Progression path to lead a small team
• Accommodation provided
