AQARCO REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Sales Manager with specialized experience in off-plan properties to lead our dedicated sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing a team focused on the dynamic off-plan market in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for off-plan projects to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their skills and performance in off-plan property sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and project development.
- Foster strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients to facilitate off-plan sales.
- Oversee property viewings, presentations, and promotional events to attract and engage potential buyers.
- Ensure the team achieves and exceeds monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design effective sales campaigns tailored to target markets.
- Maintain compliance with relevant real estate regulations and uphold company standards of conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with specific expertise in off-plan properties.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and trends related to off-plan developments.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
