This pivotal role is the heart of the office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and the administrative backbone for the team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House: Be the welcoming face of the organisation, managing the reception area and providing a professional and friendly first impression for all visitors and stakeholders.

  • Communication: Handle a busy switchboard, answer enquiries, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.

  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the broader team, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.

  • Office Coordination: Ensure the office environment remains tidy, well-stocked, and runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar reception or administrative role.
