This Company is the leading force in the automotive industry and are looking for a new team member to be the face of the bustling dealership.

About the Job

This isn't your average front desk role. You'll be the linchpin of daily operations, ensuring every car registration, booking and purchase order is handled with precision. We're looking for someone who loves to be busy and is eager to learn and grow. You'll work closely with a supportive team of seven, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible, so if you're ready to jump in, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer and Visitor Management. You will be serving as the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming customers, answering phone calls, directing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Registering and renewing vehicles. This is a crucial part of the role, so an understanding of NSW Service accreditation is a big plus, however not essential. We'll provide training to get you up to speed.
• Managing vehicle bookings and purchase orders. You'll be responsible for accurately booking cars in our system and ensuring all vendor purchase orders are correctly entered and tracked.

About You

• Experience within a receptionist, administrative or customer service background
• You're a multi-tasking pro. You can effortlessly juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• You're a team player, you thrive on collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team culture.
• You're eager to learn, this Company uses specific automotive systems (Era Power, Pentana), and while experience is a bonus, we're more than happy to train the right person.
