Recruitment Consultant

An opportunity has arisen for a recruitment consultant to join our Industrial team in Berri for a maternity leave cover contract.

This role can be taken as a fixed term contract, or as a casual position for the duration of the maternity leave. (approx 7 months)

About your role

people management

• Fulfil the role of the employer for Randstad temp workers
• Accompany Randstad temp and permanent workers in daily operations
• Complete performance reviews and evaluations with the client
• Develop career opportunities for Randstad temp workers

client management

• Develop a long-lasting relationship with client (s)
• Cooperate with their line manager in increasing the knowledge of the needs of our clients and adjust our services to it
• Develop and maintain Senior Stakeholder relationships onsite
• Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, extend our network within the client
• Participate in planning meetings

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

• Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You like working closely with your team as well as independently
• Recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Emphasis on quality recruitment delivery
• Demonstrated ability to achieve KPI's
• Resilience
