About the role

Our high-performing Healthcare recruitment team is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to be based in Sydney. This role is perfect for someone who is a specialist in healthcare recruitment or is a registered / enrolled nurse looking to make a career as a recruitment consultant. Someone who loves building relationships and wants to join a team that is taking over the industry.

This role will be perfect for someone who is...

• With Recruitment experience - A specialist in healthcare recruitment with solid experience in hiring nurses
  
  
• With No recruitment experience - If you are an experienced registered or enrolled Nurse with no recruitment experience but is looking to build a career as a recruitment consultant.
  
  

You will be the first point of contact for our FIFO Aged Care candidates and clients and provide the very best service. You will spend a lot of your time on the phone building new relationships with potential clients and as well as speaking to aged care professionals. This is a very fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy!

In this role you will have the opportunity to join our extensive 8 week onboarding program, have ongoing on-the-job support and clear career progression.
