The role

Are you an ambitious and resilient individual with a passion for sales and a drive to learn?

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team in Melbourne. This is a role with a heavy focus on business development and permanent recruitment for schools across Australia. You'll work a semi-warm desk, recruiting for primary and secondary teachers. This is an ideal fit for someone with a sales background who is ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn. You'll be part of a supportive team with a great culture where you can develop and grow.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you

• A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience
• You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
• As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
• You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
• We're looking for someone who's shown commitment and stability in their previous roles
