About the role

Are you a high-energy, results-driven Recruitment Consultant looking for your next challenge?

Our white-collar Engineering and Construction team in Tasmania is growing! With offices in both Hobart and Launceston, we're flexible with location and open to welcoming a new team member in either office.

This 360 recruitment role gives you the opportunity to partner with major industry players while also supporting smaller construction businesses through their growth. You'll be responsible for sourcing and placing both permanent and temporary talent across roles such as Project Managers, Estimators, Contract Administrators, Drafters, and HSEQ professionals.

If you're sales-focused, commercially minded, and ready to thrive in a high-demand market, this could be your next big move.


What you'll be doing:

• Proactively drive business development by identifying and securing new clients within the engineering and construction sectors
• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that solve real workforce challenges
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process: from job brief to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
• Consistently work towards and exceed sales, activity, and placement targets, contributing to the overall success of the team

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience running a 360 desk locally, with strong networks and a solid understanding of the engineering and construction market
• A track record of sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent across permanent and temporary roles
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike
• A genuine team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
