MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the recruitment process, supporting HR functions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screening for potential candidates.
  • Support the HR team with employee onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience through effective communication and assistance throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Sourcer.
  • Expert in sourcing, with a knack for finding the best talent
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
  • Results oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
