MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the recruitment process, supporting HR functions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Conduct reference checks and background screening for potential candidates.
- Support the HR team with employee onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide excellent candidate experience through effective communication and assistance throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Sourcer.
- Expert in sourcing, with a knack for finding the best talent
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Results oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
