    • Provides build-buy-lease analysis for major expenditures.
    • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of cost accounting and reporting practices, tools, and procedures.
    • Explains cost/benefit analysis, financial analysis and modeling, organizational practices.
    • Coaches’ others on how to quantify costs and benefits for major expenditures.
  • Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies. Level Extensive Experience:
    • Ensures that internal business practices mirror industry-standard best practices.
    • Describes experiences in the development of governance policies or practices.
    • Complies with codes of ethics that benefit the overall good of all constituents.

    • Oversees financial analysis to evaluate organizational and managerial performance.
    • Evaluates financial statements and ensures regulatory compliance.
    • Advises others on a variety of financial tools, techniques, and approaches.

  • Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results. Level Extensive Experience:
    • Evaluates the key benefits and drawbacks of alternative models.
    • Uses financial models to seek investment opportunities, cost-savings ideas, and growth opportunities.
    • Utilizes the features and facilities of multiple modeling tools applicable to various situations.
    • Participates in making business decisions based on financial forecasts and models.
    • Consults on the application of a variety of forecasting and modeling techniques.
    • Analyzes and resolves anomalies discovered when running models.
  • Financial Risk Management: Knowledge of tools, techniques, and strategies applied in financial risk management; ability to quantify, qualify, and manage financial risk. Level Extensive Experience:
    • Updates and implements improvements to risk assessment and management methods.
    • Evaluates the benefits and drawbacks of alternative risk management approaches.
    • Recommends risk assessment procedures and techniques based on organizational need.
    • Consults on a variety of risk assessment approaches and applications.
    • Evaluates, recommends, and justifies optimum risk management scenarios.
    • Advises others on a variety of risk and reward factors and their relationships.

Requirements:

Work Experience & Skills:

  • More than 10 years of Accounting, Costing, FP&A and Controlling related experience with excellent business partnering skills.
  • Experience with Syteline, SAP preferred, strong Excel skills required as well as proficient in other Microsoft Office software.

Education:

  • Degree or equivalent required.
  • Chartered Accountant, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
