About the Role
Engagement specialist may be required to work both in an office setting and out in the field, attending to employee needs and supporting engagement initiatives on-site. The position might involve working directly at different sites, managing field teams, and implementing engagement strategies outside of traditional office environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives at various field locations
- Implement and enhance company-wide employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives
- Plan and execute engagement-related events, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
- Identify engagement gaps through surveys, focus groups, and employee feedback, then propose reliable and data-driven solutions
- Gather, analyze, and interpret employee sentiment data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for various People functions
- Monitor trends in employee engagement, benchmark best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance workplace experience
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or organizational development.
- Experience: 2-4 years in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role, preferably with experience in managing field-based
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at various levels and locations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships, empathize with employees, and manage conflict or issues effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and coordination skills to manage engagement activities across multiple field locations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and address challenges related to employee engagement and retention.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze employee feedback and engagement data to drive improvements.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various field locations as part of the job.
