Registered Nurse
RandstadRandstad Aged Care is actively looking for a dedicated and reliable Registered Nurse to join our team for ongoing casual shifts across various reputable aged care facilities in the Bendemeer area. As a valued member of the Randstad Aged Care team, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care. You'll have the flexibility to pick up shifts easily through our user-friendly app, directly assisting facilities with covering their staffing needs.
What Your Role Will Involve:
Conducting thorough assessments of resident's physical, psychological, and social needs.
Developing and implementing personalised care plans.
Safely managing and administering medications.
Providing a range of clinical care, including wound and pain management.
Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
Responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Promoting resident's overall well-being and quality of life.
Key Requirements for This Role:
Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
At least six months of recent clinical experience as an RN in the Australian aged care sector.
A current and valid Influenza vaccination.
Proof of at least three COVID-19 vaccinations.
A valid and current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
