Job Summary:
Role is responsible for handling inbound calls from our guests who wish to book services at our Monro locations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about providing a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from Monro guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Fluently communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their needs and book appointments for various automotive services.
- Gather and accurately input customer information and appointment details into the scheduling system.
- Provide detailed information about our services, promotions, and store locations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and and Spanish is required. Must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages proficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
