We are looking for a dedicated and caring Rental Property Manager to join our team in the fast-paced vacation rental industry. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional and seamless experience from booking to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 support during business hours by answering calls, texts, and emails to address guest questions and concerns (guests relations).
  • Manage a variety of guest inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize the property management software (Breezeway) and communication tools (OpenPhone for calls, Helpwise for emails) to handle guest and maintenance requests.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance for properties in the portfolio (currently 140 doors) to ensure they are in perfect condition for our guests.
  • Collaborate with our Property Managers to address any guest feedback or property-related issues.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the vacation rental or property management industry is a must.
  • Good English proficiency is needed
  • A caring, empathetic, and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with property management software (like Breezeway) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks.
