Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting or in-house recruitment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in executive search, management consulting or in-house recruitment.
  • Experience in firsthand candidate engagement and assessment.
  • Experience in creating search strategies, mapping markets, gleaning industry insights and working on process and data quality.
  • Experience in owning and driving the search strategy with the ability to set the goal and prioritize based on market insights.
  • Ability to work on search processes including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.

You will own the talent market for a particular business or function with Google, utilizing various tools, resources and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the talent in the space, to develop relationships, and to match them with the leadership opportunities.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). Responsibilities

  • Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various suites of Google product areas including Tech and Non-tech.
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters and collaborate to provide domain and market insights and trends, and to advise internal stakeholders on talent for their business needs.
  • Source candidates internally and externally.
  • Build relationships with candidates.
  • Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and processes.
