• I develop my sport — watersports and swimming — by providing tailored product and service solutions that meet the needs of swimmers, divers, paddlers, and water lovers, both in-store and online.
• I ensure the satisfaction of our customers and build their loyalty through genuine, personal interactions based on a shared passion for the water.
• I create a smooth and seamless Omni-Channel experience by encouraging use of the Decathlon app and other digital services.
• I offer workshop services to personalize gear or extend the life of my customer’s equipment, helping them enjoy their sport longer.

• I design experience-based layouts that bring our swimming and watersports range to life and showcase our services.
• I ensure the physical availability of products (store and online stock, orders, etc.) so our customers are always ready for their next session in the pool, sea, or river.
