About the Role
Our client is the delivery powerhouse behind some of NSW's most crucial projects. They are currently seeking an Infrastructure Digitalisation Designer to join their team out in Parramatta NSW on a contract assignment until 24/12/2025.
Candidates for this position must have an undergraduate degree in Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering (completed or near completion), coupled with strong experience in 3D Modelling of multi-disciplinary engineering projects including building and water infrastructure Projects within public and private sectors and knowledge of Infrastructure Digitalisation (Digital Engineering) (software, cloud platforms, standards).
The role is responsible for supporting development and maintenance of 3D models and Asset Tagging that help drive optimised infrastructure, construction, advisory and emergency management project outcomes, specifically configuration and development in the Autodesk technology stack.
The role will contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap of the project controls digital environment within the business, ensuring the business has the correct mix of talent, process, structure and supporting technology in place so that a coordinated, progressive approach is taken across the business. The role will also work with the business and clients to develop tailored, ‘outside the square’ solutions for large projects or programs of work, often in a fluid and rapidly evolving environment.
