To continue delivering high-quality care, they are now seeking a Rostering Coordinator to manage daily staff and contractor schedules, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily rosters for up to 30 employees and 20 contractors using VisualCare
- Respond to client scheduling needs and make necessary adjustments in real-time
- Process shift swaps, leave requests, and availability updates
- Minimise overtime and ensure adequate staffing at all times
- Track and maintain accurate employee availability records
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Care Coordinator
- Communicate clearly and professionally with hearing-impaired clients and staff
- Resolve rostering conflicts or gaps promptly
Requirements
- Experience in rostering, scheduling, or admin coordination
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent for clear communication
- Familiarity with VisualCare or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community services is a plus
