Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

We are looking for an RPA Release Manager with a strong understanding of the UiPath ecosystem to join our Automation CoE team.
As an RPA Release Manager, you will be responsible for handling automation deployments, environment readiness, access and connectivity management, decommissioning automations, and ensuring compliance with security controls. This role also includes support responsibilities that require elevated access and a good understanding of operational and infrastructure elements.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Oversee Automation Deployments:
Coordinate the rollout of automation solutions from testing to live environments, ensuring smooth and secure transitions with minimal disruptions

  • Manage Access Across Systems:
Handle access requests and updates for platforms such as automation tools, password vaults, code repositories (GitHub), and tracking tools (JIRA), ensuring the right people have the right permissions at the right time

  • Support Production Readiness:
Work with various teams to raise access requests and prepare critical business systems (like Salesforce, Workday, or Coupa) once testing is complete and ready for go-live

  • Maintain Test Systems & Virtual Machines: Help set up and maintain virtual environments and systems used for testing automations. This includes managing refreshes of systems like Salesforce and ensuring virtual machines are ready and functioning

  • Enable System Connectivity: Set up the necessary links between UiPath and other tools or platforms, including managing secure connections, tokens, and system integrations.

  • Ensure Security & Compliance: Conduct regular checks to make sure all activities meet internal security standards and audit requirements. Keep clear records to support compliance with frameworks like SOX

  • Lead Automation Decommissioning: Safely shut down automations that are no longer needed, removing schedules, access, and related data as part of a controlled retirement process

  • Work Across Teams: Collaborate with technical, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth releases and efficient ongoing support

  • Stay Current with Technology: Keep up with updates to the UiPath platform and other relevant technologies to recommend improvements and adopt best practices

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Good understanding of Automation platform

  • Familiarity with Releases and Deployment Lifecycle

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality

    Nice To Have:

  • UiPath certifications (e.g., UiARD – Advanced RPA Developer)

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines

  • Experience with SOX or other audit/compliance controls

  • Experience troubleshooting automation or infrastructure issues
