What You'll Be Doing
- Drive high-volume outbound sales using Pipedrive CRM and OpenPhone for dialing
- Research and identify CEOs, business owners, and key stakeholders in e-commerce and retail
- Master an e-commerce platform's capabilities and articulate complex technical solutions
- Utilize ChatGPT for script refinement and personalization to improve conversion rates
- Conduct consultative selling with sophisticated objection handling and solution positioning
- Manage complex sales cycles requiring product education and technical understanding
- Qualify prospects through strategic questioning and schedule high-quality meetings for sales team
- Train and mentor junior team members showing leadership progression
- Handle multiple client accounts and concurrent projects with advanced sales methodology
π Who You Are
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sophisticated selling experience with complex B2B and B2C products
- Strong track record of consultative selling, not just order-taking or administrative tasks
- Ability to quickly learn and master technical products, requiring product education
- Advanced selling skills, including objection handling, consultative questioning, and solution positioning
- Experience with Pipedrive CRM, OpenPhone, Notion, and AI tools like ChatGPT preferred
- Strong background in BPO, call center, or VA industry with demonstrated sales progression
- E-commerce, retail technology, or B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with training/coaching abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with US/international clients remotely in sophisticated sales roles
- Must be available during US business hours
