Based in Lidcombe, their sales division is looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to be an integral part of their operations.

Your New Role

This hands-on, fast-paced Sales Administrator role is perfect for someone who loves being organised, proactive, and making a real impact. You’ll support the sales team while connecting with finance, logistics, and warehouse colleagues, ensuring every customer experience is seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process customer orders and create invoices accurately using the ERP system
• Ensure all transactions meet company policies and procedures
• Provide vital sales and administrative support to help achieve targets
• Act as the key link between sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and local vendors to arrange deliveries and services
• Manage credit approvals, incoming shipments, and site delivery requirements

About You

• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, Order Processing Specialist or similar is ideal
• Proactive, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a customer-first mindset
