Requirements

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring efficient sales operations. They handle customer inquiries, process orders, maintain records, and assist with sales strategies, all while contributing to the overall sales targets and customer satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assisting the sales team with daily tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client interactions, and preparing sales documentation. 
  • Coordinating with other departments (e.g., marketing, production, logistics) to ensure smooth sales processes and timely product delivery. 
  • Maintaining organized records of sales activities, customer information, and sales performance data. 
    Preparing sales reports, presentations, and other materials for the sales team and management. 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing after-sales support. 
  • Managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. 
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction. 


Sales Strategy and Analysis:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and goals. 
  • Monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing insights to the sales team. 
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new product information. 


Administrative Tasks:

  • Managing sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and presentations. 
  • Coordinating sales meetings, events, and promotional activities. 
  • Ensuring the availability of sales materials and resources. 


Coordination and Communication:

  • Facilitating communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments. 
  • Serving as a point of contact for urgent inquiries and requests. 
  • Providing training and support to new sales team members. 


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus .
  • Knowledge of sales processes and principles .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills .
  • Experience in the ceramic or building materials industry is preferred .
