Your Role as a Sales Development Representative:
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Identify decision-makers, uncover business needs, and pitch solutions based on client offerings.
- Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and leverage automation tools for efficient outreach.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, including daily call volume, outreach targets, and lead conversions.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Cold Calling, or Outbound Messaging.
- Previous exposure to industries like Tech, SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Marketing, or E-commerce Solutions is highly preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
- Strong familiarity with tools like CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or cold email software.
- Must own a reliable laptop and have high-speed internet (remote-ready).
