A private financial services company is looking for a motivated and confident professional to help us turn strong marketing interest into real business opportunities. Having telesales experience would be ideal for this role!

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to step into the finance industry and play a key role in generating new business. You'll be the first point of contact for warm leads and a crucial link between our marketing efforts and our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Calling back potential leads in support of the BDM's.
  • Following up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, events, and emails.

  • Asking the right questions to qualify genuine prospects, ensuring they are a good fit for our financial services
  • Recording and tracking leads through Salesforce.

  • Supporting both short-term inquiries and long-term opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone with strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.

  • Someone who has had previous experience within telesales
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or sales support role (experience in financial services is a bonus).

  • The ability to identify quality leads and know when to hand them off.

  • A motivated, proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.

Details of the Position

  • Start as a short-term temp (a few weeks), with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
