Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and engage with potential small and medium business (SMB) clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build and Manage Pipeline: Generate high-quality leads to feed the sales pipeline and pass on qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Tailor Your Pitch: Customize outreach messages to align with each prospect’s specific needs, ensuring maximum engagement and relevance.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives to align strategies, share insights, and help meet revenue goals.
- Track and Report Activities: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking lead quality, pipeline status, and progress toward KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outbound Calling Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in outbound sales or cold calling, with exposure to India and US markets.
- SaaS Sales Background: Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, especially to SMB clients.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate value effectively.
- SMB Sales Experience: Familiarity with the challenges and dynamics of working with small and medium-sized businesses.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound sales tools.
