Introduction

Our team at Deel IT is looking for our first-ever Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the APAC region, and I believe your background would be a great fit to help us lead sales efforts in Australia and New Zealand.

Deel IT is a dedicated platform that helps companies manage the logistical, financial, and security challenges of providing IT equipment and services to a globally distributed and remote workforce. We handle everything from procuring and shipping laptops to managing security and compliance for employees around the world.

Here's a breakdown of what Deel IT does:

  • Global Equipment Management: It handles the entire lifecycle of IT equipment, from procurement and delivery to repairs, replacements, and returns. Deel IT manages the complexities of shipping and local regulations in over 130 countries, ensuring that employees receive pre-configured devices in a timely manner.

  • Integrated with HR: Deel IT integrates with a company's HR systems to streamline processes like onboarding and offboarding. When a new employee is hired, the platform can automatically trigger the process of shipping a device with the necessary apps and security settings.

  • Security and Compliance: It provides tools for device security, including mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection. This allows companies to secure devices, manage app access, and ensure compliance with security standards. When an employee leaves, Deel IT can manage certified data erasure and secure device storage.

  • IT Support: Deel IT offers 24/7 global IT support, providing assistance for technical issues, software questions, and system troubleshooting across different time zones.

  • Centralized Platform: It brings all of these IT functions together in one platform, simplifying management for businesses and reducing the burden on their IT and HR teams.
