We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of the largest BPO companies worldwide, supporting a campaign on behalf of a leading global enterprise technology company specializing in professional networking and B2B digital solutions. As an SDR, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective business clients, playing a key role in generating interest and driving awareness around a suite of tools designed to support sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential B2B leads across various industries and regions using digital prospecting tools and platforms.
- Conduct multi-channel outbound outreach (via professional networking platforms, email, and phone) to engage with decision-makers such as HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Sales leaders.
- Initiate meaningful and insightful conversations to uncover needs, qualify leads, and assess potential business fit.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the client’s internal sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity, lead status, and interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a client-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in German or Dutch, (C1–C2 level), written and verbal communication.
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
