Adree is looking for a dynamic Software Sales Director to lead our software sales initiatives and drive our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achieving sales targets while managing a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance, develop skills, and nurture a culture of success.
- Set ambitious sales goals and ensure that the team meets or exceeds them within defined timelines.
- Enhance customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional strategies.
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present sales forecasts and market analysis to senior management.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in software sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
