Role Overview:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving new business development, managing client relationships, and supporting the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to project handover. The role combines strong technical understanding with sales execution, helping position Client as the preferred Indoor Environment Quality (IEQ) and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) partner.

Sales Engagement & Lead Generation:

  • Arrange and attend sales meetings:
  • Understand client’s indoor air and energy ecosystem.
  • Present Client’s solutions as the optimal fit for client needs.

Sales Proposals & Presentations:

  • Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (projects, operations, and management) for accurate specifications and pricing.
  • Submit comprehensive project documentation and technical proposals.

Sales Conversion & Client Management:

  • Negotiate win-win deals aligned with profitability targets.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients through professional channels.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations and execution teams.
  • Manage long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain updated sales records and client activity using HubSpot.
  • Submit daily activity logs and participate in daily briefing meetings.
  • Contribute to monthly performance reviews and team updates.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within IAQ, HVAC, MEP, or Environmental Solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office tools.

Benefits

  • Offered Salary: 9K to 12K AED + Benefits as per Labour law & Companies Internal Policies
