đź What Youâll Do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for complex Fire Life Safety construction projects
- Develop and execute territory plans targeting general/electrical contractors and strategic accounts
- Schedule meetings, qualify opportunities, and build strong rapport with decision-makers
- Lead the creation of financial justifications, proposals, and client presentations
- Collaborate with technical and estimating teams to scope and detail system solutions
- Provide ongoing account management and maintain regular client contact for retention and upselling
- Track pipeline activity and deliver performance metrics weekly and monthly
- Represent the brand at industry trade shows, demos, and customer events

đ§ Technical Expertise Required
- 5+ yearsâ experience selling complex Fire Alarm Systems over $500K
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in construction sales
- Familiarity with fire life safety codes, permitting, and compliance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Proven success working with general/electrical contractors and end users
- Strong background in DCS, PLC, HMI, and safety system integration is a plus
- Simplex system experience highly preferred
