We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our Prime Home Loan vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home loan sales and will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers, building strong channel relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end loan processing experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the home loan market, customer needs, and credit requirements, with a focus on the salaried prime segment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and acquire new customers for prime home loan products through direct sourcing, builder channels, DSAs, and other distribution partners.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base and maximize market penetration in the target geography.

- Channel Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other referral partners to generate quality leads.
- Train and support external partners on home loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application processes.

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage end-to-end customer engagement—from lead conversion to disbursement—ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
- Address customer queries related to loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and other related matters in a timely and professional manner.

- Sales Execution & Compliance:
- Ensure timely login of files, document collection, and coordination with internal credit and operations teams for faster turnaround.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal processes and regulatory compliance norms.
- Regularly track and report sales metrics, client interactions, and progress against targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 2–6 years of experience in selling home loans, preferably in the prime salaried segment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a high-volume lead funnel.
- Strong understanding of housing loan products, eligibility calculations, property documentation, and credit underwriting principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in working with NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies.
- Existing network with real estate developers and DSAs in the assigned region.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Result-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation and drive.
