We’re now looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team. Whether you’re early in your career or looking to broaden your experience, this is a great opportunity to build your skills across marketing and sales in a supportive environment.
This is a varied and hands-on role with the opportunity to grow into either a marketing- or sales-focused career path.
What you’ll be doing
Marketing Support
· Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of campaigns across digital and offline channels
· Create and update email newsletters, landing pages, and social media content
· Help build and maintain collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
· Maintain and update our CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
· Track campaign performance and support reporting on KPIs
· Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign ideas
Sales Support
· Provide administrative and logistical support to the commercial team
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, webinars, and events
· Prepare client-facing materials and sales proposals
· Maintain CRM data to support pipeline tracking
· Help identify and qualify new leads
· Support tender submissions and procurement processes
