As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure alignment of objectives, execution, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview:

The Sales Operations Specialist will support our sales team in achieving commercial operational efficiency . This role will be instrumental in driving sales performance through data-driven insights, CRM management, process optimization, and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Analyze sales performance data, trends and KPIs
  • Support forecasting processes and revenue planning

CRM & Sales Tools Administration

  • Ensure data integrity and optimal usage of CRM systems
  • Maintain user access, workflows, and reports

Process Optimization

  • Evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and alignment with commercial strategy
  • Implement automation where possible in order processing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices across the teams that are involved in execution of sales.

Sales Enablement

  • Prepare and coordinate materials for sales reviews, KPIs meetings, and business planning
  • Support contract workflows and pricing reviews

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Marketing for performance analysis and marketing activities (participation in events, exhibitions etc.).
  • Coordinate with Finance on commission schemes, pricing validation, and sales reconciliations

Requirements:

Professional Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Commercial roles
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Prior involvement in supporting B2B sales teams

Academic Background & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant Master’s degree or MBA is a plus

Languages & Technical Capabilities

  • Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written)
  • Advanced MS Office user

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
