We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our client-facing sales operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of retail sales strategy, CPG workflows, and client communications.

As a Sales Analyst, you will work closely with our Sales and Strategy teams to ensure our retail partners receive accurate paperwork, compelling presentation materials, and timely communications. You will play a critical role in keeping the sales engine running smoothly and professionally.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete item setup forms, promotional paperwork, and retail submission documents
  • Assist in the development of client- and retailer-facing PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain internal sales trackers, calendars, and shared folders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather data and materials for retail meetings
  • Ensure all sales documentation is organized, up to date, and properly filed
  • Support ongoing improvements in sales process efficiency and organization
  • Track and analyze new retail development strategies that could enable growth for the company through expanded retailer customer placement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and templates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Interest in the CPG industry and retail sales operations
  • A self-starter mentality with the willingness to ask questions and learn on the go
