As we expand into the UAE market, we’re looking for a self-driven, high-performing Sales Representative to close deals and build long-term client relationships across the region.

About the Role

This is a 100% commission-based role ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive on performance and have a strong network in the UAE business ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities, particularly in sectors like marketing, media, tech, and brand innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and pursue new client leads across relevant industries in the UAE.
  • Present Division50’s creative and technological services to key decision-makers.
  • Customize pitches and proposals to match client needs and budgets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach to contract signing.
  • Coordinate internally with production and strategy teams to ensure deal alignment.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong network in the UAE market, particularly in marketing, tech, or media sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, motivated by closing deals and growing revenue.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Based in the UAE and available for in-person client meetings when needed.
