Main Responsibilities:
· Initiates contact through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
· Proactively research and identify potential clients in target markets.
· Utilize diverse tools and databases to source leads and track outreach activities.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and solutions.
· Effectively communicates the value proposition of BCT products and services to potential clients through various communication channels and tailored engaging presentations.
· Gather essential information about client requirements, budgets, and decision-making processes.
· Negotiates terms and addresses client concerns to move deals forward.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead progress in relevant systems and documentation.
· Ensures all necessary documentation is completed and submitted accurately in coordination with legal and finance teams for contract finalization.
· Act as a point of contact for pre and post-sale support and issue resolution.
· Upsell and cross-sell additional BCT products and services as opportunities arise.
· Support account enablement managers in handling key accounts and client communication.
· Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role
Requirements
Skills, abilities, and training Required:
· Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver compelling product and service demonstrations.

Experience level:
· Proven experience in a similar role for at least 1 year.
· Experience in IT sales is a plus.
· Government relations are a plus.
