Salesforce Loyalty Management Technical Architect
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Work as part of an overall delivery team to produce stellar client experience.
· Understand business needs and requirements centered around Loyalty program structure, rules, user experience, and related functions.
· Create technical specification documents to design how business needs will be met centered around Loyalty Management and Experience Cloud based loyalty portals.
· Design high quality business solutions based on best practice architecture, scalability, and stability.
· Review design specifications with business and IT stakeholders, and liaise between groups to all functional, technical, and security requirements are met.
· Play a technical role in evaluating new business feature requests, considering the customer’s current and future-state technology landscape.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Required:
· 6+ years in a Salesforce architecture role
· 3+ years experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management
· 1+ year experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud
· Hands on experience with Data Cloud is not required but is a plus
· High-level, working knowledge of key loyalty capabilities – customer identity/context, data management, points, rewards, tiers, and similar concepts.
· Experience with auditing and assessing the maturity of a customer’s technology stack and ability to provide improvement recommendations.
· Experience with data integrations from external systems including both one-time migrations and ongoing data feeds or APIs
· Experience leading discoveries, gathering technical requirements, and executing a solution based on system best practices, platform limitations, and client ability to maintain.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be highly interactive in meetings and able to successfully run a meeting with a variety of participants or personalities.
· Understanding of agile practices and associated tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar).

· A proactive personality, with a can-do attitude.
· Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables customers to decide with confidence.
· A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
· Ability to travel up to 25%.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000- $160,00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
