Salesforce LWC Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a LWC Developers with 4 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce Apex Development Salesforce LS Salesforce and Salesforce Data Migration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in Research and Development Sales & Marketing domains is a plus. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce LWC applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Perform data migration tasks to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement custom solutions to meet business needs.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development.
• Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Salesforce Apex Development Salesforce LS Salesforce and Salesforce Data Migration.
• Should have a good understanding of Research and Development Sales & Marketing domains.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
• Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
