Job Summary

As a Salesforce Principal Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions within the financial services sector. You will be a valued member of the architecture team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions meet industry standards and client needs.

In this role, you will:

· - Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Service Cloud.

· - Oversee the integration of Salesforce Agentforce to streamline customer service operations.

· - Provide expert guidance on leveraging Salesforce to optimize life new business processes and agency management.

· - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

· - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.

What you need to have to be considered

· - Deep understanding of Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Service Cloud with proven experience in implementation.

· - Expertise in Salesforce Agentforce with a focus on enhancing customer service capabilities.

· - Extensive experience in life new business and agency management within the insurance domain.

· - Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

· - Proficiency in designing scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures.

· - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· - Track record of successful Salesforce project delivery in a hybrid work model.

Certifications Required

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect

- Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $175,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
