Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead with strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Data, Lightning, Integration, and Configuration. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel obligations.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.

· Implement Salesforce DevOps practices streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.

· Manage and maintain SFDC data integrity and ensure data quality across all Salesforce platforms.

· Design and develop SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and user experience.

· Integrate Salesforce with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

· Configure Salesforce settings and features to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.

· Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

· Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to drive innovation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Salesforce-related activities.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

· Document technical specifications and project requirements for future reference.

Qualifications

· 7+ to 12 years of experience

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

· Salesforce Certified Administrator

· LWC

· Apex

· Flows

· GIT deployment

· E2E Architecture & Design

· Enterprise App Integrations

· Data Migration Strategies

· Service Cloud

· Omni Studio

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/15/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,600 - $152,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
