About the role

As a Salesforce Architect (Lightning/nCino), you will be focusing on designing and implementing robust solutions that enhance our investment banking operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement scalable SFDC solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SFDC systems with existing infrastructure.

• Provide technical expertise in SFDC Lightning and nCino to enhance user experience and system functionality.

• Oversee the customization and configuration of SFDC applications to align with business needs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SFDC processes and configurations.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client office in Auburn Hills, MI. What you need to have to be considered

• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful implementations.

• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning and nCino with the ability to leverage these tools for enhanced functionality.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

• Have experience in SFDC Integration and Configuration ensuring seamless system operations.

• Nice to have domain knowledge in Investment Banking Operations adding value to project outcomes.

• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements.
