Salesforce Technology Architect – Cards & Payments

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development, Customization nCino SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on delivering innovative solutions in the Cards and Payments domain. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing our technological capabilities.

In this role you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide expert guidance on SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SFDC Integration with other platforms.
• Develop and maintain SFDC Configuration to optimize system functionality and efficiency.
• Analyze business processes and recommend SFDC solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all SFDC solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members in SFDC Development and Customization.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security within SFDC applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in SFDC technologies.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives in the Cards and Payments domain.

What you need to be considered:

• Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization nCino SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Cards and Payments domain with experience in related projects.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Show proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Have a proven track record of successful SFDC project implementations.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Be committed to continuous learning and staying current with technological advancements.
