SAP ABAP MDG Consultant

About the role

As a SAP ABAP MDG Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions that enhance business processes and ensure data integrity. With your deep expertise in SAP MDG Functional and Advanced ABAP, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP MDG solutions to support data governance and business process optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MDG systems.
• Provide technical leadership in SAP MDG Functional and Advanced ABAP development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP MDG-related issues.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure robust and reliable deliverables.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and custom developments.
• Support end-users through training and issue resolution.

• Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.

Work model

What you need to have to be considered

• 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP development, with a strong focus on SAP MDG and Advanced ABAP.

• Proven experience designing and implementing SAP MDG solutions.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with system testing, validation, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (required).
• Experience in large-scale SAP MDG implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
