What you need to have to be considered
• 10+ years of design and development experience in SPM projects.
• Expert in implementing SAP APM or SAP Commissions
• Should be able to write/update code in Groovy script
• Should be able to work on Jasper Reports
• Skilled in commission plan creation, pipeline execution, and large data reporting (Webi/Crystal Reports).
• Experience with PL SQL, ETL tools (Informatica, Datastage, SSIS), and Python.
• Knowledge of ITIL, production support, and commissions data models.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client or office in Newark,NJ. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you’re engaged in as well as business and client requirements.

In this role, you will:
• Design and set up compensation plans and rules in SAP Commissions
• Design and develop custom procedures to handle commission calculations
• Knowledge and ability to write stage hooks
• Knowledge of commissions data model, xld data files.
• Ability to configure dashboards
• review large volumes of data and ability to research and review results
• Ability to write technical documentation based on functional requirements.
• Interacting with non-technical users and working with other system leads to work in a collaborative environment.
• Work with offshore teams to drive ongoing plan changes, issues and enhancements.
• Should be able to gather and elucidate requirements, analyze those and share with offshore for implementation.
• Need to work closely with the customer and respond to their ad hoc queries on a demand basis.
