Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI S/4 HANA UI5 - ABAP OData and S/4 HANA Data Modeling. Experience in Customer Service is a plus. This hybrid role involves working primarily during the day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative solutions using Generative AI to enhance business processes and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain S/4 HANA UI5 applications ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Create and optimize data models in S/4 HANA to support efficient data processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Oversee the deployment and testing of new applications and features ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to enhance the companys offerings.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Document technical designs and processes ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in project planning and estimation contributing to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Generative AI with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in S/4 HANA UI5
• ABAP OData with experience in developing and maintaining applications.
• Exhibit solid understanding of S/4 HANA Data Modeling with the ability to create and optimize data models.
• Have experience in Customer Service domain with the ability to apply technical skills to improve customer experiences.
• Show excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Be self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
