As a SAP Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design effective SAP solutions.
The SAP Functional Analyst also serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements.
Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into SAP requirements SAP S/4HANA
Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and Implement business approved configuration to meet business requirements
Perform gap analysis to determine the necessary customization for S/4HANA implementation or enhancement
Support integration of S/4HANA with other systems and ensure smooth data flows between modules and external applications
Develop test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users
Validate that SAP S/4HANA configurations meet business requirements and resolve any issues before deployment
Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting within the S/4HANA environment
Document system processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and future enhancements
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure business users are proficient in using SAP S/4HANA
Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on S/4HANA implementations and configurations
Proficiency in managing and maintaining master data within ERP systems such as SAP
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially in master data modules. • Strong understanding of core SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP AA (Asset Accounting), Intercompany, Lease) etc.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and system integration
Experience in business process modeling and optimization using S/4HANA
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the S/4HANA environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus
Ability to work in a multicultural and distributed context (e.g., IT project teams and business stakeholders in disperse locations around the world
Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite, remote, international travel)
Quick learner and easy adaptable to new technologies
Problem solver and the ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the overall integration solution and break it down into smaller manageable work units.
Proven experience:
Proven participation in large size projects with a delivery coordination role is a plus
Minimum 5 years' experience in S/4 HANA Finance
Core Finance background with Certification in S/4 HANA Finance or any automation/Innovation tool is a plus.
