As a SAP Functional Architect, you will bring industry knowhow, process design expertise, extensive SAP S/4 HANA capabilities, innovation and grasp of best practices in the Technology industry to deliver business value. To work with account teams and Leadership to identify and convert opportunities, deliver/manage complex engagements and work with different teams to meet business goals. By leveraging your deep technical expertise in SAP technologies and your strong understanding of business processes, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions that enhance our organization's competitiveness and growth.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable SAP solutions
Design end-to-end SAP architecture across modules such as FI/CO, SD/BRIM, HCM, CRM and S/4HANA
Lead blueprinting, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions
Provide functional expertise and guidance during system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
Work closely with SAP Basis, ABAP, and integration teams to ensure seamless technical implementation
Define and enforce SAP best practices, standards, and governance models
Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes
Support testing, training, and change management activities
Stay current with SAP innovations and recommend adoption strategies
Solid experience as a Functional Solution Architect:
Deep understanding of SAP modules: FI/CO, HCM, CRM and S/4HANA, SD/BRIM and Integration points between BRIM, FICA and CI
Experience in SAP process automation and AI capabilities is a plus
Ability to map business requirements to SAP capabilities
Expertise in process re-engineering and solution optimization
Proficiency in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional specifications
Familiarity with SAP ABAP (debugging, enhancements, user exits,
BAPIs, BADIs)
Understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5, OData services, and SAP Gateway
Experience with SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, or CPI
Knowledge of SAP HANA database architecture and performance tuning
Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and cloud-based deployments
Ability to work with IDocs, ALE, RFCs, and Web Services for system integration
Experience of doing functional design of Finance RICEFW and ability to propose standard SAP best practice solution
Efficient communication, written and oral; to communicate with executives, management, and technical teams
Ability to work as a group, take ownership and engage other teams
Ability to work in a multicultural and distributed context (e.g., IT project teams and business stakeholders in disperse locations around the world
Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite, remote, international travel)
Quick learner and easy adaptable to new technologies
Problem solver and the ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the overall integration solution and break it down into smaller manageable work units.
Proven experience:
Minimum 10 years consulting experience in functional roles, with at least 3 years in an architect capacity
Proven participation in large size projects with a delivery coordination role is a plus
Experience in multi-country SAP rollouts
SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or architecture preferred or any automation/Innovation tool is a plus
Familiarity with GRC, Solution Manager, and SAP Analytics Cloud
