SAP Migration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Migration Consultant to join our PRISM Transformation Global Service Line (GSL). This team delivers project-based solutions using proprietary software and specialised services to address complex SAP system landscape optimisation (SLO) and data migration needs.

As a SAP Technical Migration Consultant, you will work on selective data transition (SDT) projects, SAP S/4HANA migrations, and M&A-driven system separations. You’ll be part of a global, collaborative team focused on innovation and excellence in SAP transformation services.

We are looking for a skilled consultant to:

• Deliver SAP Technical and Basis consulting services within PRISM transformation projects
• Execute selective data migrations and system landscape transformations
• Support SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, SuccessFactors, and Datasphere transitions
• Perform dependency checks, transport alignment, and change management
• Collaborate with global teams and client to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

Qualifications

• SAP Migration Certification
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Experience and skills

• Minimum ten years of SAP experience, with at least five years in SAP Technical/Basis roles
• Experience with 5-10 software integrations and both homogeneous and heterogeneous migrations
• Expertise in ABAP Workbench, SAP repository structure, and Data Dictionary
• Familiarity with SAP installs, transport systems, and change management processes
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Self-sufficient, disciplined, and outgoing personality
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse clients and teams
