SDET Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for an SDET to join our QEA Team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java-Selenium and API automation testing.

In this role, you will:

• Design the automation framework from scratch.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java TestNG and Selenium.
• Design test automation scripts for UI, Web Services and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality metrics.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

• Overall 6-10 years of experience as an SDET or in a similar automation testing role.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on automation experience using Java, Selenium, Junit, TestNG, BDD Cucumber framework using Data-Driven, Hybrid, Page Object Model (POM).
• Must have 2+ years of exp. in API Testing Automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience in database testing in different RDBMS like MySQL and Oracle using JDBC
• Experience with GitHub, SVN or GIT.
• Experience on CI/CD, Jenkins and Azure data pipeline (ADF).
• Individual Contributor with good communication skills.
