As an SDR Team Lead at Tarjama&, you will play a key role in driving outbound prospecting efforts, supporting pipeline generation, and mentoring SDRs in their day-to-day activities. While still engaging in individual sales development efforts, you will also provide guidance, support, and coordination to ensure the team is consistently performing and improving.

Requirements

Drive Pipeline Growth

• Actively engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to generate qualified leads.

• Consistently meet individual activity targets to set the pace and standard for the SDR team.

• Identify high-potential prospects based on target market research and ideal customer profiles.

• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment throughout the sales journey.

Mentor and Support Team Performance

• Support in hiring and onboarding new SDRs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their role.

• Assist in setting individual and team performance goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting one-on-one meetings to track progress.

• Serve as a first point of support for SDRs, addressing day-to-day questions, challenges, and outreach strategies.

• Conduct regular shadowing and coaching sessions to enhance messaging, objection handling, and conversion tactics.

Monitor Activity and Coordinate with Leadership

• Track daily and weekly team performance metrics, providing timely updates and insights to the SDR Manager.

• Flag performance trends or challenges and recommend interventions to support continuous improvement.

• Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRM and engagement tools across the team to maintain data integrity and pipeline visibility.

Oversee Daily SDR Operations

• Ensure outreach tasks, follow-ups, and lead management workflows are executed consistently and effectively.

• Identify and address operational inefficiencies or blockers that may affect SDR performance or productivity.

• Assist in managing team schedules, activity pacing, and priority alignment during high-volume periods. Foster Team Collaboration and Communication

• Act as a liaison between SDRs and the SDR Manager to surface key insights, blockers, and team needs.

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align messaging, share prospect feedback, and optimize campaign targeting.

• Promote a culture of open communication, continuous improvement, and shared accountability across the team.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 6 years of experience in sales development, sales operations, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in outbound sales development and pipeline generation.

• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).

• Experience in mentoring or coaching peers is a strong plus.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Data-driven with experience analyzing metrics and driving performance through KPI tracking.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify trends, problem-solve, and innovate sales processes.

• High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Arabic.
